Terms And Conditions

AH Nail Academy – Terms & Conditions

 Payments

  • All courses must be paid in full when booking.

  • We offer Klarna and PayPal Credit to help you split the cost through their payment plans.

  • Klarna’s options (Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days) are unregulated agreements. Late payments or borrowing more than you can afford may affect your credit score. UK residents, 18+, subject to approval. Fees and terms apply.

  • Course prices may change or promotions may run at any time. Once your booking is confirmed, the price is fixed—even if the course goes on sale later.

 

Refunds

  • All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If an in-person course has to be postponed (due to unexpected events), you’ll get priority for rebooking.

  • We can’t cover costs like travel, accommodation, or lost income caused by reschedules.

  • If you’re ever in dispute, you may find help via the European Online Dispute Resolution website.

 

 Course Cancellations & Changes

In-Person Training

  • If you can’t attend for a valid reason (with proof), you may request to reschedule. This is up to the academy and depends on availability. A £25 admin fee applies.

  • If you miss your course without telling us, you may lose your course fees.

  • Illness? A medical certificate for the booked training day is required to reschedule without a fee.

  • For serious or compassionate reasons (with proof), we may offer credit towards future training, valid for up to 6 months.

Models for Training

  • Most in-person courses require you to bring a model. This will be confirmed via email/message.

  • If you arrive without one, you may miss out on practical work and won’t be able to rebook another day.

  • Models receive a free treatment done by a student. AH Nail Academy is not responsible for repairs or issues.

  • Models do not qualify or get certificates they’re just there to help students learn.

 Bookings & Certificates

Named Students

  • Courses can’t be transferred to someone else.

  • Please double-check your name when booking changes are £25 and need at least 48 hours’ notice.

Booking Confirmation

  • You’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours (on working days).

  • For in-person: you’ll get the course date, time, location, and any balance left to pay.

 Certificates & Accreditation

In-Person Courses

  • You’ll get a printed certificate on the final assessment day Replacements cost £25.

Accreditation

  • Our accredited courses are approved by International Approval, who are well known and trusted company in the industry.
