– Refund & Reschedule Policy

At AH Nail Academy, we put a lot of care into planning each student’s learning experience. To keep our standards high and training organised for everyone, please read the following terms regarding refunds and rescheduling:

Refunds

  • All course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • This applies to every in-person course booking. Once you’ve secured your spot, your payment guarantees your space and allows us to prepare everything needed for your training.

  • AH Nail Academy does not offer refunds for cancellations, missed training dates, or changes in personal circumstances.

  • We are not liable for any costs related to travel, accommodation, or lost income caused by the cancellation or rescheduling of a course.

 Rescheduling Your Course

If you need to cancel or reschedule your training date, we’ll always try to help but there are some things to keep in mind:

Genuine Reasons

  • If you have a valid reason for cancellation (e.g. illness, emergency) and can provide proof, you may request to move your course date.

  • This is handled case-by-case and depends on availability. We can’t guarantee rescheduling, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • If approved, a £25 administration fee per course date will be charged to make the change.

Medical & Compassionate Circumstances

  • If you're unable to attend due to medical reasons, we ask for a valid medical certificate covering the date of your booked training.

  • In special cases (e.g. family emergencies), we may offer a partial or full credit towards future training, valid for up to 6 months. Proof may be required.

  • This credit is a goodwill gesture and can only be used toward AH Nail Academy courses.

Non-Attendance Without Notice

  • If you do not show up and fail to notify us beforehand, your booking will be treated as a missed appointment, and your course fee may be forfeited.

How to Request a Reschedule

Please email us at  ahnailacademy25@gmail.com with your name, course date, and details of your situation. We’ll get back to you within 24 working hours to guide you through the next steps.

 Models for Training

  • For most courses, students must bring a model this will be outlined in your confirmation email.

  • If no model attends with you, you may not be able to complete the practical element of your course, and your training cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Models receive complimentary treatments done by student technicians. AH Nail Academy is not responsible for treatment outcomes or repairs.

  • Please note: models are not enrolled students and will not receive certificates or qualifications.

Privacy Policy

At AH Nail Academy, we respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure.

What We Collect

We may collect:

  • Your name, email, and contact details

  • Booking and payment info (handled securely)

  • Course preferences and feedback

  • Website usage data (via cookies)

How We Use It

We use your info to:

  • Process bookings and send course updates

  • Improve our services and website

  • Share occasional news or offers (only if you’ve opted in)

We never sell your data or spam you.

Sharing & Security

We only share data with trusted providers (like payment and email platforms) who help us run things smoothly. Your data is protected with secure systems and access is limited.
